Wayne Cousin specializes in medical malpractice litigation. Wayne Cousin has over 15 years of experience in various areas of litigation, including products liability, labor and employment and other personal injury litigation. Wayne specializes in medical, dental and podiatric malpractice litigation. He became a partner in 2006.
He graduated cum laude in 1991 from Brandeis University, with a dual degree in History and Economics, and obtained his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law in 1994. Mr. Cousin has contributed several articles to The New York Law Journal dealing with a variety of discovery and trial-related issues.
