Wayne Cousin specializes in medical malpractice litigation. Prior
to joining Gordon & Silber in
2001 he gained considerable experience in various aspects of insurance
defense, including medical malpractice. He became a partner in 2006.
He graduated cum laude in 1991 from Brandeis University, with a dual degree in History and Economics, and obtained his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law in 1994. Mr. Cousin has contributed several articles to The New York Law Journal dealing with a variety of discovery and trial-related issues.
He lives in New Jersey with his wife Laura, an attorney, and their
children, Jonathan and Deborah. |
