John Toto joined Gordon & Silber in 2005, bringing with him 25 years of trial experience in malpractice,
construction, and premises liability, including many as a name partner
in another defense firm.
Mr. Toto graduated from the College of the City University of New York, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa in 1975. He obtained his law degree from St. John's University School of Law in 1978.
He lives on Long Island, New York with his wife, Marie, an administrator
of the Office of Academic Affairs of North Shore-Long Island Jewish
Health System, with their sons Dan and Jeff. |
