Andrew Kaufman heads a team responsible for a range of general liability matters, including representation of the YMCA of Greater New York and the New York Yankees.
In addition to advising clients on risk management issues, he handles a large caseload of general liability and medical malpractice cases in federal and state courts, including appellate matters.
He first came to Gordon & Silber as a law clerk while attending Hofstra University School of Law.
After obtaining his law degree in 1990, he became an associate with
the firm and became a partner in 1999.
Mr. Kaufman lives on Long Island, New York with his wife Melissa,
a psychologist, and their two children. |
