  • The firm is pleased to announce that senior partner David Dince was appointed an Adjunct Instructor of Clinical Law at Brooklyn Law School.
  • Gordon & Silber is proud to announce the hiring of two 2011 graduates of Brooklyn Law School, Steven Beytenbrod and Victoria B. Browne. Ms. Browne graduated magna cum laude and was a member of the Brooklyn Law Review. Her note, "The Rules of Consumption: THE PROMISE AND PERIL OF FEDERAL EMULATION OF THE BIG APPLE'S FOOD LAWS" was recently published (76 Brooklyn L. Rev. 1049). Mr. Beytenbrod graduated cum laude, and was a member of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law. His note, entitled "Defining Aggression: An Opportunity to Curtail the Criminal Activities of Non-State Actors" was recently published (36 Brooklyn Journal of Intl. Law 647-693). Bar admission pending.
