Michael Laub's practice focuses on medical malpractice, with a sub-specialty in psychiatric and mental health litigation. He has authored articles on medical malpractice for The New York Law Journal and conducts risk management seminars for the American Psychiatric Association.
Mr. Laub graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and obtained his law degree from Hofstra University School of Law. He began his career as an Assistant District Attorney in Queens County.
He lives in Westchester with his wife Meryl, a high school teacher,
and their three children, Zachary, Benjamin and Jessica. |
